Bilingual Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
- Engage with customers daily to assess their needs and match them with the best products and services
- Assist in translating customer inquiries, documents, or promotional materials as needed
- Provide expert recommendations and assist with inquiries in a professional manner
- Adapt communication styles to provide a personalized customer experience based on different cultural expectations
- Escalate high-value sales opportunities to senior Account Managers
- Track, manage, and document customer interactions, sales, and leads
- Ensure adherence to company policies and client expectations
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to enhance customer experiences
Bilingual Customer Service Associate Education and Experience Requirements:
- Some college coursework preferred (but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing related field
- Ability to problem-solve and provide excellent customer support across diverse customer backgrounds.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
