About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in a dynamic medical environment. As a nuclear medicine technologist, you will be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive substances to patients, operating imaging equipment, and working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Administer radioactive substances to patients according to prescribed protocols
- Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- BCLS/BLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB registration as a nuclear medicine technologist
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology, including travel experience (not required)
