We are in search of a dynamic Customer Support Specialist to enhance our day-to-day operations team, connecting and supporting departments and ensuring our customers receive excellent service. LOCATION: Pipersville (Plumsteadville), PA - Must be able to reliably commute to this location Monday – Friday. A commute under 40 minutes works best.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receptionist duties
  • Answer incoming calls and web leads to identify needs and explain service options
  • Compose and provide proposals to prospects and complete service agreements
  • Enter leads into CRM for tracking and follow-up
  • Contact customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
  • Work with team members to ensure new accounts are on-boarded smoothly
  • Introduce additional services to existing customers
  • Assist with invoices and accounts receivable
  • Assist with small quantity drop offs
  • Maintain a strong team culture

QUALIFICATIONS:

You must have great communication and strong follow up skills. You must be able to work independently and make decisions. You must have excellent organization and time-management skills. You must be personable and possess people skills. You must be enthusiastic, flexible and have a growth mindset. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High School Diploma required, advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service, sales or related experience
  • Proficient with a solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, focused on positive customer experiences
  • Highly organized and able to switch tasks without losing momentum
  • CRM experience a plus
  • 7-year clear background check - local, state, federal
  • Clear drug screening - pre-employment & random
  • We are a smoke-free facility

HOURS:

FULL TIME: 40 hours, Monday-Friday 8:00/8:30 am – 4:30/5:00pm.

OR

PART TIME: 25-30 hours (Five partial days example: Monday-Friday 8:30/9:00am - 2:30pm/3:00pm).

COMPENSATION:

FULL TIME: First year range based on experience: $41,600 - $45,000; additional compensation & benefits includes: 401K employer contributions (automatic 3% after 6 months), PTO, paid holidays, bonuses. INSURANCE: health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability; Optional: additional life, spousal life and short-term disability.

PART TIME: $20-$22 per hour; prorated PTO and holiday pay based on hours worked.
