The role emphasizes one-on-one therapy with minimal administrative burden, supported by a dedicated case management team.Salary and Benefits

- Provide one-on-one therapy to patients, including warm handoffs as needed
- Serve a diverse population, with a focus on pediatric patients with ADHD and adults in a high-stress community setting
- Flexible scheduling : Full-Time and Part-Time positions available (minimum 2 days per week)
- Manage a caseload of approximately one patient per hour, with 45-minute sessions and 15 minutes of administrative time
- Use Epic EMR for documentationRequirements
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Licensed Psychologist in California
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic
- Experience in hospital or integrated health settings preferred
