Family Medicine Physician needed in Willimantic, CT.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary Scale: $220,375 - $240,875
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- Bilingual Stipend (for verified Spanish language fluency): $5,000
- $3,300 Relocation Stipend Available
- Health Insurance – Employers Pays 87% ($51.89 Per Pay Period)
- Dental Insurance - $3.48 Per Pay Period
- Vision Insurance - $0.79 Per Pay Period

- Student Loan Repayment -Eligible for $50,000 - $100,000

- CME courses and 4 days off per year with $1,500 in CME funds
Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
- “Cradle to grave” primary care services, pediatric services, prenatal care and women's health
Requirements
- Experience in Ambulatory primary care setting preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Clear and active M.D. or D.O. license in Connecticut
- Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician residency trained from an accredited institution
- Eligibility for Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses
