Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary: $250,000
- Additional bonus paid quarterly (based on quality care and productivity models)
- Sign on bonus: Yes, amount determined case by case
- Relocation assistance: Yes, amount determined case by case

Responsibilities
- See patients of all ages in an outpatient primary care setting
- Average 18 to 22 patients per day
- Minimal supervision of 3 NPs or PAs
- Call rotation is very minimal: phone triage once every 4 to 5 months for one week after clinic hours.
- Provider may choose to work Monday-Thursday or Friday-Monday
Requirements
- Valid and Unrestricted Medical License in the State of California
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- DEA License
- New graduates will be considered!
