A Licensed Therapist is needed in Lacon, IL.
Lacon, IL, is a small town along the Illinois River known for its historic riverfront, scenic views, and as the county seat of Marshall County. It is also recognized for its agricultural heritage and the Lacon Bridge, a key crossing over the Illinois River.
Salary and Benefits
- The hourly rate offered is $60,000 - $73,000 based on experience.
- Health Insurance – Employer covers 95% of employee premium.
- Dental Insurance – Employer covers 95% of employee premium.
- Employer Pays 50% of dependent premium for medical and dental.
- Life Insurance – 1.5x annual salary (up to $50,000)
- Spouse Life Insurance is provided at $5,000.
- Dependent Life Insurance provided at $2,000.
- Long-Term Disability – Employer pays 50% of employee premium.
- Retirement Package – 401(K) with 4% match, Employer contributes 50% of gross salary.
- 14 days of PTO in the first year
- 10 Paid Holidays
- 5 Health and Wellness days, available immediately
- CEU Reimbursement
- No On Call, No Weekends, No nights.
