Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
A Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) is needed in Gardner, MA.

This role is within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a long-standing reputation for providing high-quality, compassionate care to the community.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary : $225,000
- Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000
- Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
- RVU Bonus
- Quality Incentive Bonus
- Health Insurance – Employer contributes 70% (Approx. $80 per pay period), coverage starts Day 1
- Dental and Vision Insurance (2 plans available)
- Retirement Plan – 401(K) with 3% company match, fully vested after 1 year
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance – Eligible for between $50,000 - $100,000
- Paid Time Off – 15 Vacation Days, 5 Personal Days, 5 Sick Days, 2 Health Days
- CME – 5 Approved Days Off and $3,500 Annual Allowance
