Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $121,000
• Sign On Bonus of $5,000

Responsibilities:

• Maintain work/life balance while providing quality care
• Settings Available: Outpatient, Community Health, Mobile Crisis, etc.
• 90 Minute Evaluations
• 30 Minute Established Patient Visits
• Schedule: 35 Hours Per Week Is Full Time
• Call Schedule: By Phone Only and Optional (Additional Stipend)
• Prescribe and monitor medication for clients
• Evaluate physiological and neurological status of clients
• Provide direct counseling when indicated
• Offer supervision as necessary

Requirements:

• Clear and active New Hampshire PMHNP license
• New Graduates Will Be Considered
