Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Your duties will include working Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility to accommodate changing needs. You will provide care to two patients per hour and enjoy autonomy in practice while collaborating with support staff as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a minimum of four years' experience in family practice, preferably with a focus on compassionate care. A clear and active license to practice nursing in the State of New Hampshire is also required.
