Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

- Competitive salary range: $135,000 to $160,000 (higher salaries may be offered to experienced providers who speak Spanish)

Responsibilities
- Seeing an average of 20 patients per day from Monday through Friday
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) or ability to speak medical Spanish is highly preferred, but not required
- Using the EPIC EMR system
- Willingness to assume primary care responsibility for a full patient panel
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner Certification for the State of California
- DEA License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting
- Experience in community health settings is highly preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination proof will be requested (unless exempt)
