Competitive salary range : $105,000 - $146,000 annually

Responsibilities

Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

4 Day Work Week is an Option (With 8 Hr. Days)

10 Patients Per Day

Must Be Comfortable Seeing Patients of All Ages

This role is outpatient and is also Primary Care

Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans

Prescribe medications and provide therapeutic interventions

Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations

Rotating Paid On-Call, By Phone Only

Requirements

Current and active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Massachusetts

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese or Haitian-Creole and English is required

Experience in primary care or relevant specialty preferred

Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
