Family Medicine Physician
A Family Medicine Physician is needed to provide full-spectrum primary care in an outpatient setting, serving patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
About the Role
- Work in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a 50-town rural region in western New York and Pennsylvania.
- Offer full-time or part-time options available (4-day or 5-day clinic schedules).
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
- Serve as third string for approximately 5 call days per month.
- Manage 16 to 20 patients per day.
- Maintain a work-life balance with no weekends required but optional weekend shifts available.
Requirements
- Hold an M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Be board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Be licensed or eligible for licensure in New York.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

- Salary: $246,000 for a five-day clinic schedule or $205,000 for a four-day clinic schedule with compensation based on experience.
