Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a progressive, well-run Federally Qualified Health Center in Patten, ME.
About the Position
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $135,000 based on years of experience, as well as opportunities for fiscal year bonuses and productivity incentives.

Responsibilities
- A Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 36 clinical hours and 4 hours of admin time per week
- 100% outpatient care
- A 1:12 call ratio with an MD
- Appropriate clinical documentation through Athena EMR
- Full support staff available
- Directly reports to Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
