Compensation and Benefits- Salary range: $122,000 - $164,000 (based on experience)

- Provide psychiatric care to patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
- No weekends required; Monday to Friday schedule
- Maintain a manageable caseload for optimal work-life balance
- Conduct thorough evaluations, prescribe medications, and offer direct counseling
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide supervision as needed
- Document care in Epic EMR
- Active PMHNP license in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience with all age groups preferred; new graduates welcome
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
- 2 years of experience in a psychiatric setting preferred
