Position: In-House ServiceTitan Coach and Consultant
As a ServiceTitan Coach and Consultant, your role is vital to our clients' success at LB Capital. You'll use your platform expertise to provide outstanding support, manage multiple projects efficiently, and ensure client satisfaction through effective ServiceTitan configurations. We place high value on individuals who are organized, people-oriented, and forward-thinking, with an ability to anticipate client needs and optimize ServiceTitan to drive growth.
Key Role Focus: Coaching within all modules in ServiceTitan CRM.Â
A primary responsibility of this role is experience with best practices and proper workflows within ServiceTitan. Experience with setting up payroll, technician mobile side, accounting, call booking, memberships, Inventory/Purchasing, Marketing Pro, Phones Pro, Scheduling Pro, etc.Â
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in onboarding new LB Capital clients and implementation to ServiceTitan CRM a from another platform.Â
- Work with current LB Capital clients (Primarily Roofing Companies) who have been on ServiceTitan but need help from an expert on what they can improve on.Â
- Schedule and manage daily client appointments, including both new and existing accounts (Coaching will manage all LB Capital tenants at headquarters)Â
- Conduct pre-assessments on each account to deliver tailored ServiceTitan solutions through an account analysis.Â
- Input and oversee client data within our CRM system
- Troubleshoot and resolve client usage issues promptly
- Report weekly on task progress and project completion
- Execute Pricebook import/export processes using Microsoft Excel for client training, optimization, and build-outs
Requirements:
- Expertise in best business practices in ServiceTitan and CRM customization
- ServiceTitan Coaching Certification (we’ll provide access; training to be completed on your own time)
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan workflows: setup, configuration, and best practices
- Strong accounting workflows and customer management skills
- Skilled in dispatching, call booking, estimates, financing partnerships (GoodLeap, Greensky, Service Finance), invoicing, memberships, inventory, and marketing
- Knowledge of mobile and payment workflows, phones, forms, tax zones, and backend configurations
- Advanced knowledge of Pricebooks and Microsoft Excel, including import/export functions
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (Desktop/Online) and Intacct integration for basic reporting and configurations
