Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Assist in the maintenance of servers, backups, and security updates.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Google G-Suite applications.
- Respond to user requests and helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Document processes, configurations, and known issues.
- Collaboration with Senior System Administrator and IT leadership on projects and upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- One to two years of desktop support or system and network administration experience.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Basic understanding of virtualization, cloud platforms, or backup systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
