Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:
- Build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.
- Design and implement automated processes using Salesforce features like Flows, Process Builder, and triggers.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and data connectors.
- Create user-friendly interfaces using Lightning components and design principles.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to identify and resolve bugs.
- Monitor and optimize application performance.
- Document technical specifications, code, and design decisions.
Salesforce Developer Requirements:
- Proficiency in Apex programming language, Omni Studio/Omni Script
- Strong understanding of Apex syntax, data manipulation, and triggers.
- Experience building custom user interfaces using Salesforce's web development frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce core functionalities, objects, relationships, and data model.
- Deep understanding of deploying and maintaining applications via the salesforce AppExchange
- Ability to leverage Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) to connect with external systems.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and practices for project management.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
