Job Description :

The Armed QRT Officer position provides the flexibility of working on an as-needed basis. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, community, and visitors. You will do foot patrols for your designated areas, vehicle patrols (if required for your position) for your designated post / location, enforce security protocols, and respond to incidents when needed. Your assigned post will differ depending on your experience, and availability. Our available sites are always changing, feel free to speak with a recruiter about position / location specifics.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• MUST HAVE at least 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or corrections.
• Ability to work at least one weekend shift per week
• Availability to work on a per-as-needed, including rotating shifts and variable schedules / locations
• MUST possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in accordance with established procedures
• Ability to perform the duties required, including standing, walking, and potentially restraining individuals if necessary
• Familiarity with security systems and technology
• Knowledge of firearms
• Knowledge of security
