About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee logistics operations, schedule technicians, and ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. This role requires excellent coordination skills to manage shipments, technician dispatching, and onboarding processes that set customers up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Technician Scheduling
- Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and order fulfillment.
- Plan and track shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.
- Schedule technicians for on-site installation work, aligning availability and skillsets with customer requirements.
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, technicians, and internal teams to optimize workflows.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate last-minute requests or changes in project scope.
Customer Onboarding & Support
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand products, services, and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, addressing inquiries and providing clear instructions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive all necessary equipment and services on time.
- Document onboarding processes, track customer progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance the onboarding experience and overall satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, scheduling, or customer onboarding.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics management software, scheduling tools, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in field service scheduling or customer success roles.
- Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
- Familiarity with onboarding software and workflow automation tools.
- Certification in supply chain, project management, or customer success is a plus.
