Position Summary :

As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative and financial processes.

General Purpose :

  • Manage the reception area and oversee cash transactions.
  • Handle accounting functions for the dealership.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Log ACH and cash funding accurately in shared logs.
  • Maintain and update Business Builder records.
  • Perform Accounts Receivable functions, including sending monthly statements.
  • Maintain daily accounting schedules.
  • Assist in preparing year-end information for auditors.
  • Ensure acceptable attendance and perform other tasks as assigned.

    Requirements : Key Qualifications :

  • Automotive Experience : Minimum of 3 years.
  • Dealership Accounting System(s) : Dealertrack is a PLUS!
  • Attention to Detail : You have an eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written skills are a must.
  • Tech Savvy : Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
  • Customer Service : Strong skills in serving our valued clients.
