We are hiring Experienced Front Desk Security Officers at luxury residential properties located in Downtown Chicago.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications of Security Officers:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
MUST HAVE At least 2 years of experience as a security officer or in a customer service, hotel or professional client-facing position.
Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state-accredited training requirements.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bilingual is a plus and encouraged to apply.
Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50 lbs, completing standing for extended periods, foot patrols, walking up and down flights of stairs, working in inclement weather when assisting guests, lifting heavy packages.
Must be comfortable with pets (cats & dogs)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and comfortable with technology and computers.

- Must be able to comply with all uniform and dress code policies as presented by Titan Security.
- Ability to follow post orders as trained and instructed.
- Acknowledge guests with professionalism.
- Be aware of surroundings and communicate with team members via secure lines.
- Document deliveries and packages utilizing internal technologies.
- Communicate with management to report any violations or emergencies.
