Overview
Titan Security is currently recruiting for a Uniform Coordinator/ Human Resources Assistant. This position will provide administrative support within the office with a focus on accountability for employee uniforms, assisting in meeting company goals and objectives, and providing quality customer service to both external and internal customers.

The Uniform Coordinator/Human Resources Assistant's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Work with Human Resources and Operations in the sizing and distribution of all uniforms for the company.
- Size all new hires and current employees in need of being issued or reissued uniforms.
- Respond to uniform requests in a timely manner and provide exemplary customer service to our internal clients, our employees.
- Ensure uniforms fit properly before distribution.
- Update the uniform status spreadsheet regularly, to ensure Human Resources and Operations are up to date on the candidate/employee's status.
- Work with the Administative assistant to maintain an accurate inventory of all uniform items based on established benchmarks.
- Follow up on uniform availability and prepare for their distribution.
- Process any uniform returns.
- Organize the uniform room keeping it clean and free from clutter
- Serve as back up to the Administative Assistant.
- Provide administrative support, such as answering telephone, taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determine the nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Answer the telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages
Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination.
Dealing with queries or requests from the customers and public.
Providing general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals.
Must have a great attitude, have high enthusiasm, and be able to make decisions on the spot.
Organized and great with managing their own time.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1years prior satisfactory employment as a receptionist or in a customer service position. Previous tailoring experience preferred.
Must be at least 20 years of age.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois PERC, including state accredited training requirements.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Qualifications: Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must maintain a working telephone number though which we can contact you.
Physical Demands: Standard Office environment
Salary & Benefits: Compensation is between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour based on experience, plus paid time off, medical insurance, dental insurance, paid holidays, and pension/retirement benefits. Skills-enhancing training and opportunities for career growth and promotion.
