Security Officer Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officers to join our team at Titan Security Group.

You will be responsible for maintaining access control procedures, utilizing security systems, and observing CCTV cameras to ensure a safe environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining access control procedures set by property management
• Effectively utilizing access control systems, visitor management systems, and CCTV systems as needed
• Identifying patrons and/or visitors upon arrival and ensuring they are properly approved and directed to the appropriate area of the property
• Observing departing personnel to guard against theft of tenant or building property
• Responding to incidents, including property emergencies
• Conducting general patrols of the entire property during various hours
• Providing excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have an Active Guard License
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a security officer
