The SOC Supervisor is responsible for providing crucial support to our corporate operations department, ensuring the smooth and efficient function of after-hours activities. This role involves administering multiple software programs that handle Work Tickets, Guard Tours, Phones, GPS Vehicle Tracking, etc., and supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate is comfortable using multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced, growing environment. Superior communication and multi-tasking skills are strongly desired. Responsibilities:
- Report all operational matters directly to the Director of Compliance & SOC Operations and members of senior management.
- Ensure all required reporting and contractual compliance requirements are met.
- Ensure work tickets are processed in a timely manner.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends, and report deficiencies to the Director of Compliance & SOC Operations.
- Oversee the monitoring of the Marksman Titan Security Fleet’s GPS activity and report deficiencies to the Director of Compliance & SOC Operations.
- Drive SOC projects to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee SOC support of the Field Supervisor and Mobile Patrol programs, inspect and analyze data to ensure we are supporting all Marksman Titan clients.
- Supervise SOC monitoring of Guard Tour Systems usage and address deficiencies in real-time.
- Monitor operational usage and provide data on where we are providing Corp Ops Support.
- Oversee the SOC’s response to security officers' call-offs, tardiness, and emergencies to maintain contractual obligations with all clients.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and assist in implementing efficient workflows to streamline operations.
- Schedule SOC personnel to maximize operational and financial efficiency.
- Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
- Provide the basis of great working environments by treating staff with respect.
- Must be proficient in learning and maximizing software programs.
- Understand the specific and general post instructions for all assigned posts. Maintain practical knowledge of all additional and emergency post instructions that are called for by our clients.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
- Occasional travel to other Marksman Titan Security Group Branches.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Compliance & SOC Operations.
Schedule: The schedule for this position is four 10-hour day shifts, Friday through Monday, and some holidays.

Requirements:
- Supervisory Experience
- This is a working supervisor role, which means:
- The supervisor is expected to function as a SOC Operator as needed.
- The supervisor is expected to flex to cover open shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or in a customer service position. One (1) year of experience in a SOC or Control Center is required. Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois PERC, including state-accredited training requirements.
- Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bilingual considered a plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfort with learning new software.
- Other Qualifications: Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must maintain a working telephone number through which we can contact you.
- Physical Demands: This role requires prolonged periods of sitting, extensive use of computers, keyboards, and phones, and occasional lifting of light office supplies.
