Caregiver

Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is seeking full-time and part-time Caregivers and/or Med Techs for Buhl Assisted Living, our senior living community in Buhl, ID. We are currently hiring for evening shift 2pm - 10pm and overnight shift 10 pm - 8 am. Pay range is $13.00 - $15.00 depending on experience and certification. Experience is not required - will train the right person.

The caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in a positive environment.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their work environment; who has a winning, positive "can do" attitude; and is passionate about providing exceptional service to our senior residents.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct rounds to check on resident needs.

Assist in bathing, dressing, and toiletry needs of residents.

Housekeeping of resident rooms and clean-up of spills.

Assist getting residents to dining room for meals.

Serve meals to residents in dining room and/or their private rooms.

Follow nursing service policies and procedures.

Maintain a positive attitude when talking with residents and co-workers.

Regular attendance is required.

Must have desire to be team player.

Follow all OSHA, Fire, Health Department and safety requirements.

Skills/Qualifications

18 years of age.

Experience with the elderly preferred.

Effectively communicate in English with residents and other employees.

Demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability.

Basic computer skills required.

Lift up to 50 lbs.
