Operations Manager

Essential Functions:
EE will be responsible for supporting and managing the employees in all divisions in District
EE will be responsible for implementing and leading the Titan Safety culture through coaching, mentoring, training, investigations, reporting, field and shop audits of crews.
EE will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers
EE will be responsible to be a point of contact for the customers and provide industry leading customer service safely
EE will be responsible for assisting the division managers with interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, training, disciplining and
terminating employees
EE will be responsible for P&L performance, working with executives and controller
EE will be responsible for financial reporting budgeting, projecting and analysis
EE will be responsible for working with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing, vendor payments and collections
EE will be responsible for running the district cost effectively, meeting gross profit set goals
EE will be responsible for procurement of supplies and equipment for the district
EE will be responsible for representing Titan Solutions in the community, industry and customer events
EE will be responsible for your role in the PO policy Process
EE will drive a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional manner
EE will perform tasks in teams and as solo.
EE will present himself/herself and represent Titan in a professional manner
EE will be responsible for maintaining appropriate work relationships
EE will be responsible for following all company policies and procedures
EE will be responsible for helping in other divisions and other tasks from time to time as needed

Education
High School Diploma or GED required, strong math skills required
Job Experience
2 years as a division supervisor
Computer Proficiency
Competent Computer skills required
Training
We will provide necessary safety training. Will be assigned a mentor for no less than 1 month
Working Conditions:
Physical Requirements
Long periods of driving, standing, sitting
Capability of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/ wind/rain/snow.
Must pass pre-employment fit test
Travel Requirements
May be required out of town/state for up to 2 weeks at a time or longer
Travel up to 25% of time
