Position Overview :
We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our clients operations, sales, and service teams. This leader will drive business performance by ensuring seamless coordination between sales, service, operations, and warehousing. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of air compressor and vacuum systems and the operational expertise to optimize business performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across sales, service, warehousing, and parts distribution.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Provide expert technical support for air compressor and vacuum solutions, ensuring customers receive best-in-class service.
Strengthen relationships with key suppliers like Powerex, Kobelco, and Quincy, to ensure continued product excellence.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure operational excellence.
Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to position the company as the preferred provider in New England.
Qualifications & Experience :
Extensive experience with air compressor products, including lubricated air, oil-free air, vacuum, and medical-grade systems.
Strong technical expertise in compressed air and vacuum system solutions.
Proven track record in business operations, sales leadership, and strategic planning.
Ability to manage and optimize service, repair, and product distribution functions.
