What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deskside Manager position at Titan Technologies?
This is an immediate opening in Derwood, MD for an experienced Deskside Manager. Serve as the leader, manager, and technical expert for the break/fix and IMAC teams. Additionally, must be comfortable and have experience interacting with clients, customers, and agents in order to resolve technical issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading others, supporting management in executing important projects, and driving sustainable performance improvements for IT Services projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify ways in which the team can be inspired to excellence in customer service
- Demonstrate efficiency surrounding technical areas
- Seek to create environment conducive to success for all staff, including: tools, supplies, documented processes, general office comforts
- Identify and remove any challenges, both physical and process related
Job Duties:
- Manage replacement projects (Project Plan Document).
- Onboarding of new hires.
- Inventory process.
- Manage ticket queues.
- Manage Imaging.
- Complete Performance reports.
- Warehouse Management.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 Years IT experience
- A Certification
- Leadership experience

- Experience in warehouse management
- Experience in inventory process
