In this role, under the direction of the Asset and Field Operations Manager, you will be effective in providing cradle to grave tracking, deployment, disposal, and provisioning support for digital assets including desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, other mobile devices, and software through ServiceNow and other tools.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Help build, maintain, and regularly update IT hardware asset inventory via ServiceNow.
- Help maintain the physical inventory through:
- Daily work order/support tickets
- The physical scanning of inventory during to refresh cycles.
- Performing physical scans of inventory at customer sites as needed
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of computer images.
- Support Field Operations staff in resolving higher level Break/Fix and Move-Add-Change tickets for hardware replacement, connectivity troubleshooting, re-imaging and software troubleshooting and warranty part ordering.
- Resolve daily Asset tickets arriving from the Helpdesk.
- Escalate asset and field tickets to the appropriate support staff or service group when necessary.
- Support large asset refresh projects by coordinating refresh teams daily on collection and deployment locations, times, and duties as created by the Asset and Field Operations Manager.
- Adhere to Service Level requirements and performance targets while providing high quality customer service.
- Report and coordinate changes in configurations to the Asset and Field Operations Manager and other departments as appropriate.
- Update all assigned incident records and service requests, following Help Desk procedures, into the incident management system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Asset and Field Operations Manager, or Program Manager.
- Adhere to all customer, company, and departmental policies.
- Minimum 2 years of IT Asset Management support or, combined IT Help Desk related experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite of applications
- Understanding of ITSM practices and working knowledge of help desk software and databases
- Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to handle multiple open issues and interface with customers at all levels with urgency, attention to detail, and great enthusiasm
- Ability to handle high priority problem calls and interface with a variety of clients while accurately documenting technical issues and steps taken to resolve them
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug-screening
- Ability to pass Level 2 Background Check per contract requirements
- Be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- ServiceNow or other ITSM platform experience
- MS Excel Experience
- MS Access Experience
