What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/ Warranty - new home construction position at Titan?
We are a construction based company in the Sacramento and Central Valley. We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives in the residential homebuilding industry in behalf of builders to interface with trade partners and homeowners to inspect, schedule and complete homeowner warranty claims
- Overall Management of home warranty claims
- Excellent communication skills
- Evaluate the individual needs of home warranty claims- in person - and schedule subcontractors to fix their work thru completion of claim
- Schedule subcontractors for work and hold them accountable for their work
- Conduct follow-up visits with the homeowner to confirm completion
- Maintains high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service through warranty service and administration, under trying circumstances at times
- A high degree of computer experience
- Ability to pass a background check
