Job Description - TITLE Boxing Club - Strength-Fitness Trainer for Boxing classes :
All trainers will be trained in the TITLE Boxing Club® system philosophy, class expectations and instruction including personal training sessions. You are leading a class in a challenging, fast-paced and exciting work environment. A trainer's responsibilities include demonstrating, motivating, teaching, challenging, and making the Power Hour fun! Be the spark that inspires someone to keep training, to try harder and to live healthier.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Leading and conducting the power hour group fitness boxing classes.
- Be knowledgeable about our branded class offerings and pricing, and actively promote and sell TITLE Boxing Club memberships.
- Passion for teaching and passion for our TITLE brand.
- Demonstrate the value of personal training by creating an outstanding personal training experience for new and existing clients.
- Make our clubs easy to use by guiding and educating members & clients on comprehensive fitness programs as well as products.
- Motivate and inspire clients to get results by setting mutual goals, creating customized workout plans and tracking progress.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals that include appropriate exercise selection and teaching a fitness lifestyle.
- Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player. A real Team player.
- Guide members through exercises and techniques safely and efficiently.
- Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be customer focused and deliver high level of customer service at all times.
- Dependable, accountable and responsible with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Hours :
We have 40 classes in the week. Each class is an hour long. As a TITLE Boxing Club Rochester Hills trainer, you will be given particular classes each week. If you are the right candidate, we work with your availability and schedule and match it up with club needs.
The Rochester Hills club is set to open its doors Aug 2020.

Certifications / Educational Requirements :
Personal Training Certification such as : ACE, AFFA, IFPA, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, Premier and Apex is a plus.
