We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Title Company Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business and helping grow the company, by maintaining strong relationships with real estate professionals, and lenders, and promoting our business and acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent networking skills, and a understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and brokers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote company services through in-person meetings, networking events, presentations, and social media.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position our company effectively in our business development efforts.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and increase market share.
- Customer Service: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth closing process.
- Reporting: Track new business and sales activities, regularly report on performance metrics and goals progress, and partner with provide feedback to management to ensure continued success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the real estate, mortgage, or title industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of title industry, escrow, and closing procedures (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $122,751.00 per year
