As a Closing Specialist, you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process.
The Role
Base Pay Range: $23.00 - 34.40. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.

As a Closing Specialist, you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process.
The Role
- Manage Team inboxes on Front as well as the ‘Illinois Orders’ inbox
- Communicate with the lenders and send out title updates and CPLs
- Scheduling (closings, seller and buyer signings, RON signings)
- Works with Attorney agents to process ancillary services through vendors (CLAS) as needed
- Prepare and send MYDECs to attorneys as needed
- Send out wiring instructions (encrypted or through Qualia Connect)
- Deposit EM and circulate receipts to all parties
- 1-3 years escrow/title insurance experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A Multi-tasker: You are able to work with multi-tasking skills and prioritization in a constantly changing environment.
- Detail-oriented: You are the one that finds a needle in a haystack.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with technology and learn new programs quickly. Qualia, Tableau, Google Drive are software/technologies that we use.
