What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Processor position at Title Fusion?
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Title Processor to join our team. The Processor is responsible for pre-closing, clearing title on both purchase and sale side contracts, preparing settlement statements, balancing with lenders, as well as preparing documents for closing. S / He is required to exercise extreme independent judgment and to possess the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently handle any situation that may arise during the escrow / closing process.
This is a work from home role, but candidates need to be within the state of Minnesota to be considered.
Compensation :
Salary Range : $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities :
Review and clear title; identify underwriting concerns; prepare the settlement statements
Work closely with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process
Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the closing process, including resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
Ensure that all closing documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
Ensures that their operation is in compliance with regulatory issues
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the closing process, including preparation of closing documents, and communication with all parties involved in the transaction
Analyze title commitments and surveys to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process
Maintains knowledge and seeks out industry developments that affect the title insurance operations
Qualifications :
Must have a minimum of 2 years of residential title and escrow experience performing the title and escrow duties of this position
Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
MN Closing Agent license
Notary license required (MN)
Ability to read and understand a title commitment
Ability to read and understand ALTAs and closing statements
Proficiency with Qualia is preferred
