Title REsource Agency, a fast-growing Title Agency is seeking a Full-Time, Escrow Officer/Closer in our Grand Rapids location
Responsibilities:
- Order and calculate payoffs, taxes, and water bills
- Prepare necessary documents for closing
- Conduct real estate escrow signings
- Disburse and complete post-closing tasks
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior industry experience or related mortgage/real estate experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills
- Work well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Must be a team player and maintain a positive can do attitude
- Ability to multi task
- Reliability is a MUST
