Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our team. TRG is a Title Insurance underwriter, serving Title Agents across the country in closing real estate transactions. The software development team supports multiple applications including internal company tools, B2B APIs, and customer facing web apps. Our code is primarily written in C#.NET, ASP.NET and React. We use Microsoft development tools and Azure cloud services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to continuously grow, while contributing to the development of medium-sized features. This role requires active participation in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and design discussions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop small to medium features with guidance from other engineers.
- Enhance infrastructure, development / test tools, code structure, and error handling.
- Apply personal learning to team projects.
- Add value to code reviews and design discussions.
- Participate in the investigation and resolution of technological problems and solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and continuously grow.
- Prioritize work within the scrum team in alignment with project and sprint goals.
- Participate in team demos.
- Actively engage in team discussions and propose new ideas that improve technical and product execution.
