Job Description
The ResWare Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the ResWare system to ensure operational efficiency across our organization. This role involves troubleshooting ResWare issues, supporting system users, and acting as a liaison between our internal teams and technology vendors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ResWare and a passion for improving processes through technology.
Responsibilities
System Administration:
Manage, configure, and maintain ResWare settings, workflows, and templates to meet operational needs.
Troubleshoot ResWare system issues and provide timely resolutions for end-users.
Monitor system performance, data integrity, and backups to ensure optimal functionality.
User Support & Training:
Provide technical support to ResWare users, including resolving issues and answering questions about system functionality.
Deliver user training on ResWare features, tools, and best practices to increase adoption and proficiency.
Develop and maintain ResWare training materials and documentation for staff.
Process Optimization & Projects:
Collaborate with operations, IT, and executive teams to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency.
Customize workflows, task assignments, and document templates in ResWare to align with business processes.
Research and implement ResWare add-ons or integrations to enhance productivity.
Liaison with Vendors:
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and technology vendors for ResWare-related issues and updates.
Coordinate ResWare software updates, testing, and new feature rollouts.
Data Management & Reporting:
Create and manipulate ResWare reports, data exports, and large data spreadsheets as needed.
Maintain and audit system data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
Required:
Prior ResWare experience is required.
Strong understanding of title and escrow processes, workflows, and terminology.
Highly motivated team player and strong individual performer.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve complex problems efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
Valuable:
Multi-State/National Title Industry experience.
Previous experience configuring ResWare workflows and templates.
Familiarity with additional title or closing software systems.
