Job Description : The Title Specialist is responsible for producing, reviewing, and delivering real estate title documents to clients. The main duties include producing title reports, title commitments, title policies and resolving title defects.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily title deliverables for your assigned orders
- Enter search data from the title abstractor's report into the title production software
- Identify title issues and curative requirements
- Review Purchase and Sale contract
- Perform title curative tasks
- Coordinate and review HOA / Survey / MLS
- Deliver title products to clients
- Communicate and / or escalate title issues to management.
- Track post-closing discharges and releases
- Prepare and deliver final title insurance policies to lenders and consumers
