Receptionist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
Deliver confidential materials to clients throughout the Twin Falls area.
Manage the phones including answering questions and directing calls to the correct offices.
Identify and complete tasks and requests from clients via email, phone and in person.
Maintain all conference rooms.
This position will also be trained to fulfill customer service requests relative to the industry.
