Onboarding Specialist
- Learn about and understand the Farmers Insurance Agency Ownership opportunity and the qualities ideally needed in a successful candidate
- Coordinate the recruiting process from background check through licensing through full time appointment.
- Meet with Reserve, Associate and Protégé agents on a weekly basis to discuss their progress through each program.
- Work with recruiter to develop a robust, active recruiting sourcing strategy designed to attract and identify appropriate “Farmers Fit” candidates
- Help with the process and the recruitment and placement of agency staff
- Develop and Implement tracking systems to monitor recruiting activities and track the progress of candidates
- Help conduct agent interviews and agency career seminars
- Identify, build, and maintain centers of influence/agent nominators
- Recommend any recruiting, interviewing, testing and selection procedures
- Onboard new agency owners and staff members. Work on how to efficiently perform all tasks in the office
- Assist in the office leasing terms and licensing and appointment of all agency staff for new agent appointments
- Implement monthly agent tracking /reporting systems for agency production and company/district level promotions-to be sent out monthly or bi-monthly.
- Assist in the training/onboarding of new agent acquisitions for the official takeover of their new book of business by teaching them to solicit, market and sell insurance.
- Provide a motivational learning environment and experience to agents in both face-to-face and field learning situations
- Implement Farmers Agency Training curriculum to develop new and existing agents
- Assign and track all Protégé training courses
- Establish continuous improvement systems that allow knowledge transfer and behavioral development to flourish and respond to a changing marketplace
- Measure agent performance against standards and established goals to ensure program effectiveness
- Provide regular feedback to ABC’s and management about existing programs and development of new programs
- Assist in the completion of the monthly district newsletter
- Support the District Manager
- Direct the coordination of all agendas and arrangements for Conferences, Agency Conferences and other meetings and clinics
- Coordinate activities with District Manager and other staff
- Investigate all formal/informal insurance complaints, and compiles necessary information prior to written correspondence
- Assist in maintaining and ordering supplies
- Performs other job duties as assigned.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
