Tito’s Handmade Vodka is seeking a skilled Insulator to install and replace materials in and around water pipes, alcohol pipes, steam pipes, various vessels, and instruments, and across production buildings.to. Insulators are essential to achieving safety goals, saving energy, reducing noise, protecting products, and preventing the spread of fire and smoke throughout buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Read plans and interpret drawings; take and read measurements.
- Cut and install insulation to size in a safe and efficient manner.
- Prepare and install materials according to specifications and procedures.
- Inspect installation to ensure quality workmanship.
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous Insulating experience preferred.
- Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner.
- Be able to work both independently and within a collaborative environment.
- Be able to work overtime when necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to crouch, bend, and twist for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to climb stairs and tolerate prolonged standing/walking.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull objects to 50lbs.
