About the Position
Tito’s Handmade Vodka is looking for a Multicultural Sales Representative based in Dallas, Texas to join our talented team! This position will build multicultural sales/awareness for Tito’s Handmade Vodka in North Texas. Our ideal candidate will be ready to become an expert of the brand and be able to effectively articulate brand history, features, and benefits to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek out, develop and manage multicultural sales opportunities; Constant evaluation of current multicultural trends.
- Work with assigned distributor(s) to build, track, maintain and report collaborative channel KPI’s.
- Develop and maintain sales relationships with distributor partners and customers within assigned territory.
- Oversee execution of multicultural sampling activity to drive sales, and educate sales partners on sales solicitation of our products.
- Work in-market with assigned distributor(s) to ensure full execution of the collaborative annual sales plan.
- Drive consumer awareness in the on-premise channel and formulate cocktail strategies.
- Keep abreast of and comply with all beverage alcohol federal, state and local laws, rules, policies and regulations, at all times when conducting company business.
- Identify sales opportunities and other sales solicitation support activities as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Sales experience; experience in the beverage alcohol industry and/or multicultural sales channel experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- Polished communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct oneself in an ethical and professional manner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency required in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
