Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Education: Bachelors
Responsibilities:
- Manage bankruptcy cases and pleadings, including drafting and filing documents with federal courts.
- Perform administrative duties such as calendaring hearings, organizing case files, and managing logistics.
- Prepare initial debtor interview documents.
- Prepare schedules and statement of financial affairs.
- Prepare monthly operating reports.
- Perform legal research using Westlaw and other online sources.
- Search business entities and summarize key documents.
Skills:
- Certified Paralegal (3 years of experience is required)
- Bankruptcy (3 years of experience is required)

- LexisNexis
- e-filing with CM/ECF (1 year of experience is required)

- Years of experience: 3 years

Who are we?
- Brandon J. Tittle is a Big Law trained bankruptcy lawyer who was recently named a Texas Super Lawyer in the field of bankruptcy. Mr. Tittle also clerked for two bankruptcy judges and received an LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John's. We know our stuff!!
- We mostly work with small to mid-size businesses seeking to restructure their debts, whether through Chapter 11 or through out-of-court restructuring. We are extremely busy with Subchapter V cases and are gaining momentum.
