Position Overview:
We are seeking a Front of House Manager who is in charge customer relations, taking orders, driving sales, keeping the venue in exceptional condition and being apart of a hardworking and friendly team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and engaging with customers. Building relationships and fostering good conversations.
- Taking orders using the POS.
- Upkeep of the cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Ensuring food and service quality meets company standards.
- Daily briefings and team motivation.
- Parttake in smooth daily operations.
- Supporting local area marketing initiatives and events.
- Help drive sales and performance.
- Parttake in the compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Be part of a productive and positive team environment.
- Address customer feedback efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of customer service and hospitality experience as a lead role or supervisory level (including restaurant, cafe, bar, hosting etc)
- Friendly, engaging and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience working the point-of-sale system.
- Good communication and hardworking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Full working rights in the US.

Hourly pay: $18 tips
Weekly hours: 30 available
