Overview:
As a recent startup practice, our team members often wear many hats, so you’ll get as much experience as you’d like in all the areas of how our practice runs. Our clinical assistants serve an important role in the office, you are an extension of doctor’s hands and a key factor in ensuring our patients have an unmatched experience!
Skills:

Front office/clinical experience is a bonus, but if you have a heart for service and are looking for a place to grow, then we’d love to have you join our practice family! We're looking for a team member with a coachable attitude, who loves to learn and grow.
Skills of an ideal candidate will include excellence in interpersonal skills, attention to detail, comfort working with your hands, warmth and professionalism in interacting with patients and families. Duties involve assisting chairside with orthodontic procedures, excellent note-taking, instrument sterilization, taking orthodontic photos and xrays, and overall helping to ensure a smooth treatment experience for each patient that we serve. Occasional handling phone calls, patient scheduling, and handling payments. We’re a high tech office, so a decent comfort level with computers and technology is helpful!
**If you don't have lots of experience in the tooth world, but are drawn to our mission and love to serve, then we can teach you all the technical tooth-stuff! Don't be shy about applying even if you've never had dental or orthodontic experience. Again, we hire hearts, not hands, so if you have the heart for the job then we can teach you everything else!
