Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. This position requires a proactive approach to business development and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Call on companies where "WEAR" is a problem such as mines, quarries, recycling, construction and engineering companies that service these organizations
- Develop project leads and opportunities while maintaining customer relationships.
- Prepare project quotes, bids and tenders.
- Work with our Plant Manager to keep projects within scope, timeline and budget
Experience
- Outgoing, aggressive, highly motivated to succeed
- Ability to make cold calls and get to the decision maker
- Ideally 3-5 years' exposer to the steel industry or mining/construction industries.
- Mechanical aptitude and some ability to read engineering and fabrication drawings
- Superior English Language skills both written and oral
