What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Coordinator Part-Time position at Titus Transport Holdings, LLC?
Job Responsibilities:
- Shift Tuesday and Wednesday 2pm to 10 pm
- Saturday and Sunday 10pm to 6am
- Schedule, plan and confirm deliveries. Use our online tracking system to keep an eye on trucks and goods
- Keep track of employee locations and dispatch them to and from jobs. Fill out paperwork, keep track of expenses, answer customer/driver phone calls, keep track of vehicles and other asset maintenance schedules, and set up routes for drivers
- Works with Transportation managers, driver liaison and the service department to optimize routes
- Assists in determining daily level of driver staffing to provide best mix of responsiveness and productivity
- Assigns routes to appropriate Drivers throughout the day and for the next day
- Handles incoming calls from customers and other departments
- Records and documents information from Drivers and distributes to appropriate departments
- Communicates with maintenance / shop personnel
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be able to multi-task. Constant email updates and phones calls

- Must be fluent in Microsoft office (Outlook, excel, Word)
- Strong work ethic and attendance is a must
- Must be able to work independently and at times alone overnight
Special Requirements:
- Familiarity with transportation business preferred but not required
- Work authorization: United States (Required)
