Yard Driver - O'Fallon, MO

Titus Transport is seeking a motivated Yard Driver to join our team in O'Fallon, MO! In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers within our yard facility. This is a great opportunity for both CDL and non-CDL drivers, offering competitive pay and flexible scheduling options.
Schedule:
- Wednesdays-12PM -6PM
- Thursday-Saturday- 6AM-6PM
Responsibilities:
- Safely maneuver trailers within the yard using a yard truck
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure trailers are in good working order
- Hook and unhook trailers to and from tractors
- Maintain accurate yard documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- For CDL Drivers: Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a yard truck (CDL preferred, but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
