As an RN at Titusville Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and leading a team of LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, starting IVs, and updating charts as needed.
- Guiding and supervising LPNs, CNAs, and support staff to ensure safe and effective nursing practices.
- Reviewing and maintaining accurate nurses' notes and documentation.

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in PA.
